One night when I was watching a romantic movie called Endless Love (2014), it was as if a light bulb came on over my head and I sat up and said - "I want to write a love story". I don't know what it was about that movie but ALL I KNEW was that the story began coming together in my mind as soon as I said that. Over the next two weeks I organized the story, creating my characters (it took FOREVER to decide on names), choosing a setting (I was opting for 1949 b/c of hairstyles and fashion but settled on 1950), and creating the plot. And on March 2nd, 2014 in the wee hours of the morning at 1:52 am The Improbable was born.
This book was something that I obsessed over every single day. Every time I had a new idea for the book, I'd immediately write it down and then after school I would go home and see where I could fit my idea into the plot. I loved my characters and I was obsessed with their relationship. My concern for their story was greater than my concern for all of the other short stories I had written before. Then, that's when I knew I had a gift - writing and creating stories was my passion.
